Rob and his people spotted some eaves sections that were very loose, creating a safety hazard on my property. Rob had it fixed before he started the work, taking away that safety hazard.

Rob and his team walked the job site on our property and pointed out various slopes as to where the ladders where going to go, then before they went up the ladders, put their safety harness on and then did the job safe and with care. They took the time, filled in some holes to create a safe working condition.

RICK HOWE (HOST): …This particular winter: 9,000 plus complaints [regarding snow clearing of sidewalks in Halifax]

BRAD JOHNS: Well, I was going to say, the idea is to upset as few people as possible; and the way we're doing it right now, we're upsetting more people than we ever have. So, let's go back to the time when we – and that may be a re-adjusting of what the standard is, or the view of that standard, or whatever. I mean, we need to go back there.

The other thing, I'll say quickly, is Rob, whether you know it or not, works for a contractor*, and he is… if everyone who worked for contractors in HRM were half of what Rob is, I wouldn't be getting calls! You know… I mean, I actually had a guy from Toronto call me to tell me what a good job and how friendly that guy is. And so… I mean, he went out of his way. He did the sidewalks in part of my district. He went out of his way, over and above, to provide good service. Residents in the areas he did the sidewalks on were ecstatic.

HOWE: Yeah, but on the flip side, we've had a few contractors out there who have just been horrendous.

JOHNS: I get it, but I'm just saying, if we could get contractors or people to work that are like… that have the work ethic that he has…

HOWE: Then we wouldn't have a problem.

JOHNS: Then we wouldn't have a problem, because it's not just a job for him. He takes pride in it … he's a great, great, great guy and he works really hard. He worked really hard in my district.

HOWE: Good to hear. Again, we need more of him and less of some of the others.

I am a senior citizen. Rob was power washing my home and deck because I had bad green algae that had built up on my deck. We were preparing for a 50th wedding anniversary party and their cleaning of our deck ensured our guest would not slip on the decking. They made our property safe and it looked fantastic! 

HRM PowerWash.ca Spotted a hornets' nest up near my eaves, I'm glad they did as they took the time and removed them My daughter is very allergic to hornets, bees, etc. This was pure safety on the job site.

Rob and his team power washed and hand scrubbed my large home. They even pointed out that we had some bad shingles. They also removed some dirt and debris that was causing drainage problems. They kept me informed and saved me thousands of dollars.

I bought a House Powerwash in the Bay Seniors Association silent auction held to support Wildfire Relief. Rob McLoughlin and his assistant Ilya washed my house yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. And finally, the man himself in action. He didn't miss a square inch!

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the Property Cleanup crew , Rob and Ilya who did a fantastic job doing the cleanup of tree debris on my property. They were very prompt at showing up and giving me a quote and arriving to do the job on time. They are a friendly crew I’d recommend to anyone.
